🌍 WaterRising 30×30 Global Leadership Plan
Goal: Engage 36 local, state, and National legislators by 2030 to champion water conservation, workforce development, and sustainable infrastructure through the WaterRising Framework.
🔹 Strategic Objectives
- Recruit visionary civic leaders to join the WaterRising Global Network.
- Activate regional chapters across Africa, the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and MENA.
- Elevate local leadership to global platforms like ECOSOC and UN SDG Summits.
- Co-create policy and workforce solutions through the Water Workforce Innovation Lab.
🗺️ Engagement Phases
Phase 1: Identification & Outreach (2025–2026)
- Map potential civic leaders aligned with water conservation and innovation.
- Launch a global call for interest via website, social media, and partner networks.
- Host virtual info sessions and town halls introducing the WaterRising mission.
Phase 2: Onboarding & Collaboration (2026–2028)
- Invite selected leaders to join the ECOSOC Subcommittee on Sustainable Water Governance.
- Provide access to the Civic Dashboard and Water Infrastructure Innovation Lab.
- Facilitate regional roundtables to co-develop model policies and community toolkits.
Phase 3: Global Representation & Impact (2028–2030)
- Support leaders in attending UN High-Level Political Forums and SDG Summits.
- Publish joint white papers and case studies showcasing local-global impact.
- Celebrate milestones at the WaterRising Global Summit 2030.
