25x25 Plan
With 25 women mayors out of 1,400 in the U.S. alone, we believe we can activate government leadership to bring urgent attention to water and gender.* WaterWoman Project aims to bring these leaders together along with water utilities and industry to study and break the barriers to water sector jobs for women and non-binary people. We will do this from coast-to-coast and across the pond.
We believe that by solving for gender inclusivity, we can solve for water resilience.
